How to Join

DAYCARE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Puppies who are at least 16 weeks old and have received their last series of DHPP and Bordetella.
  • Dogs older than 6 months MUST not just be spayed or neutered. Stiches must be removed.
  • Dogs with current DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations.
  • Dogs with recent Negative Fecal / Giardia Exam.
    (Within 30 days of evaluation appointment—this may require a trip to your vet.)
  • Dogs in good general health.
  • Dogs who are non-aggressive towards dogs and humans.
  • Dogs on a regular flea prevention program.


SUBMIT DAYCARE APPLICATION AND RECORDS FROM YOUR VET:

  • Proof of vaccinations with due dates:
    • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus).
    • Bordetella (Kennel Cough).
    • Rabies (for dogs 6 months and older).
  • Proof of Spay or Neuter (for dogs 6 months and older).
  • Current Negative Fecal/Giardia Exam (within 30 days of evaluation).
  • Dogs on a regular flea prevention program.

Although we are unable to accept home or non-veterinary administered vaccines, we do accept titers.
